Tom Adams (illustrator)

Tom Adams (born 1926) is an American illustrator most famous for his Agatha Christie paperback cover designs.[1] He also designed several covers for Raymond Chandler.[2] Adams also provided the illustrations for the hardback editions of John Fowles' The Collector, The Magus and The French Lieutenant's Woman.[3] He also created the covers for Patrick White's The Vivisector,[4] David Storey's Saville. Ghost Story by Peter Straub[5] and Kingsley Amis' Colonel Sun.[6]
